SUM Computers, Inc. was established in 1996. Since the start SUM Computers has been selling on eBay and Amazon in addition to our brick and motar store. SUM Computer was started by a minority women. During it’s time in business SUM Computers have seen the shift where most of our sales are now coming from online marketplaces instead of sales in our brick and motar store. During this shift we did not find any tools which would help us run or change our business smoothly. To keep up with changing times we created lots of software tools that help us run our business smoothly. We created tools to help us with Inventory Management, automated ebay listing, automated warehouse location printing and handling eBay best offers. Since these software tools have helped us a lot, we have decided to partner with software companies to make these tools avaialble to our peers. We think it is better to buy software from people that use and depend on the tools everyday instead of companies that just write software package and are only after your monthly subscription. Since our goal is to help people more than making money on these tools, we are at this point not charging for any of the tools.
Easy
We make sure that the tools we release are Eazy to Use. Since our livelihood depends on these tools instead of just selling them, we need to make sure they are easy to use.
Passion
We love selling on online marketplaces and try to automate more and more processes so we can grow smoothly.
Design
We have partnered with software development companies so that we can deliverd the top of the line design. Since we sell on these marketplaces we need to make sure that the design are as expected by sellers.
Support
We pride ourselves in supporting what we have released. We use these so we reports issues ourselves and take pride in fixing them fast.
